Started in 2004, SC webdev SRL, the company that operates TOPRENT and TOPCLEAN brands has had a spectacular growth fueled by our desire to please the customer and to provide a high level of quality and services.
Our motto has always been “A happy customer is a customer we won” and is instrumental in our drive to improve our services, to permanently enhance the quality and to diversify the additional services we offer.
Started in the ski resort of Valea Jiului, in Parangu Mountains, the business grew first to Timisoara and then to Bucharest. Backed by foreign investors and high quality management, other locations will be targeted soon to get a better coverage of the country therefore giving you the flexibility and independence you need when visiting Romania.
TOPRENT uses DACIA LOGAN as the main star in its fleet. DACIA is a Renault owned brand, produced in Romania upon highest quality standards. We target various customers from business travelers to holiday makers and visitors to our country using competitive pricing, all inclusive, unlimited kilometers and massive discounts for larger periods.

Graduating from Management and Economics Business School, Florin is co-founder
and the main engine behind TOPRENT and TOPCLEAN development.
- Cristi IORGA - Business Developer - Western part of Romania
Graduating from Computer Science in Timisoara, Cristi is the
driving force for TOPRENT in the western part of Romania.
- Dan MIHAILESCU - Business Developer - central and eastern Romania
Dan brings to TOPRENT an extensive experience in
people management and is handling TOPRENT's expansion.
